We already know that Japanese really sucks when it comes to English, both speaking and writing. The question is, why?
1)Late start
Japanese start learning English in junior high school(~13 years old). Luckily, We Malaysians start at average 7 years old or maybe younger. You might be asking..So what are they learning ...
