Firefox Live Chat Support

Firefox has launched its live chat support, aimed to help users to overcome problems and questions they might encounter in Firefox. This service is handled by volunteers and only run a few hours a day. So here’s my first conversation with the support guy (don’t flame me on the question; it was something random that I had in mind).
This guy seems to be busy.

sungguh “teliti”.. ape akan jadi kalau zero knowledge user yg tanye.. mampus semue option die bukak
