Meepo poof software

Intro (skip this if you want)

If you read my previous post, I had listed Meepo’s poof & earthbind in the DotA hardest skill list. I thought that it’s impossible to poof all the Meepos at the same time, until my friend showed me a replay that he got from an Indonesian guy. What amazed me is, he only controlled I Meepo, sneaked into the enemy line using Lothar’s Edge and Poof! All the Meepos teleported and the enemy was dead.

“Aku jagoan Meepo (I’m pro using Meepo)”, he said.

Then a question came into my mind. What if he was using software? That would make a sense. Well, why not I create my own?

Concept
To poof 2nd, 3rd and 4th Meepos to the 1st, you need to follow these steps:

Press F2 (select 2nd Meepo)
Press f (Poof hotkey)
Click on the 1st Meepo
Press F3 (select 3rd Meepo)
Press f
Click on the 1st Meepo
Press F4 (select 4th Meepo)
Press f
Click on the 1st Meepo
Press 1 (select all group-ready to attack)

If we can create a program to substitute human fingers, things should be easier. I decided to try coding in VB but there are too many parts that I don’t know how to command. I gave up and asked my friend to write the program using Autoit. With less than 20 lines, poof! He made it.

Setup
Double click on the icon to run the software. It should be minimized to the task bar. Now you’re ready to go. The multiple poof hotkey is R. For time being, you can’t change it. Pressing R will poof 2nd, 3rd and 4th Meepos to the 1st. You can notice the cursor moving and clicking on the Meepo avatar. Don’t get panic because it will return to the original coordinate. It’s recommended to group all your Meepos in number 1 since this software will select group 1 after poofing so it’s easier for you to attack. It’s as simple as that.
