DotA v6.44 out

Right now, I’m downloading a new DotA map, version 6.44 from getdota. But the slow internet connection really gives me pain in the neck. Here are some interesting changelogs.

6 new heroes
The long wait really pays. 3 heroes for the Scourge and another 3 for Sentinel. My favorite should be the Templar Assassin.

Free the Rage
Jah’rakal’s rage is no longer need mana to cast. Unleash the wrath punk!By the way this guy got new brother, Sacred Warrior.

Brand new pets
Instead of chickens, now you can get Raccoon or Penguin for Sentinel and Carrion Beetle, Dune Worm or Fel Boar for the Scourge. Yuck! Don’t let the boar eat my Tango!

New weather effects
Added moonlight, wind and random for weather effects. I wonder if Skeleton King or Bone Cliknz will catch cold in battle.

The Miss DotA award goes to..
Crystal Meiden got new effect when using Scepter. She’s the beauty.

Tango price up, flask’s period down
Don’t tell me that Tango price rises because government workers got extra salary! Flask will heal the user for 10 seconds, instead of 20 seconds in the previous maps.

Chicken battle
If you kill enemy’s chicken, a kill message will be displayed in the game. Now you can stop asking your friend, “Who slaughtered my chick?????”.
