If you just switched your OS to Vista, you might encounter these problems in the future.
Lag startup
Fresh install of Vista should take less than 2 minutes to load. If your Vista takes a long time to boot, consider rechecking your system status. Make sure your pc has enough memory and 20% free space in the hard drive.
The Aero goes zero
One of the most impressive features in Vista is the Aero interface. If your Aero doesn’t work, it’s probably because you pc doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. Graphic card driver failure can also lead to this problem. It is reported that some third party software might interfere with the Aero so it’s better to remove them.
Lost in neighborhoods
Although setting network using Vista is much easier, but you might find yourself alone in the network. If you can’t see any other pc in the network, make sure that you’re not running any third party software. This problem most probably caused by the antivirus program that is not suit for Vista.
Over work hard disk
If your hard drive LED keep flashing and the whole system goes slow, it shows that your hard drive is working overtime. The best way to prevent this problem is to make sure that you have enough memory installed on your motherboard. 2GB RAM should be perfect if you want your Vista run smoothly.
By the way, it’s better for you to consult the tech support if any of the problems occurs.

hi there just want to ask do you think it’s really worth to buy vista premium with additional RM80 price tag than just home basic?

In case you want:
1)Fancy Aero Glass user interface
2)Scheduled backup
3)What Microsoft called “Premium” Games [chess, mahjong, inkball lol]
4)Tablet PC functionality
5)SideShow [extend to another display]
6)Unlimited Meeting Space interaction [doc share]
7)Windows DVD Maker & high definition movie maker
then buy premium. Other than that it’s all the same.
But if you look closely, there’s a big difference between basic and premium as basic is targeted to basic users,I mean those who don’t have much computer exp.
